Forest green, flat velvet competition dress with zippered back, short sleeves and pointed shirt collar.  Skirt and sleeve hems cut in points.  Nude front inset.  Sleeves, neckline collar, inset and skirt points trimmed in hand sewn one at a time sequins and crystal beads.  All points accented with teardrop crystals and rhinestones.  Bodice front and back embellished with scattered stones.  Double row of rhinestones  on waist to simulate a belt.
