Policies and Terms:Please note: Priority Mail Shipping charges to all U.S. destinations are added automatically during the checkout process of your order. All International Destinations must click on Additional Ordering Options and scroll the list for their destination and then click on add to cart. If your destination is not listed please email us for shipping charges. All dresses regardless of price are front and back lined. The trim used on the dresses featured may vary. From time to time certain trims become obsolete or are discontinued by the manufacturer. When this occurs another trim of equal value will be substituted. A choice of ONE Scrunchy, pony tail holder, headband or a barrette will be provided free of charge with the purchase of any dress. Additional hair accessories are $5.00 each. Embellishments on scrunchies additional $5.00. An embellished hair accessory of your choice is included with the purchase of every competition dress. Undecorated hair accessories of your choice are provided with all undecorated dresses. Additional hair accessories may be purchased on our Additional Ordering Options link. 1. Every dress is handmade, one at a time as they are ordered. We do not stock dresses. 2. All colors are interchangeable at no additional cost to you. 3. All styles are interchangeable at no additional charge. You can pick and choose from a wide variety of necklines, skirts and sleeves. If you like a dress that is sleeveless you may request the sleeves of your choice. 4. If you see a practice dress that you like, but would rather use it for competition, beads and or trims can be added and the price adjusted to reflect the addition. All dresses are sold as featured. They are not available for sale without the embellishments. Please do not ask us to purchase one of our decorated dresses without the embellishments. 5. Special orders are also available upon request. We can design a special dress to fit a specific piece of music or a specific theme. Email us for information or send a photo or sketch of the design and we will let you know if we can accommodate you. We do not make custom made dresses without embellishments. 6. You can E-mail at iceskatewear@aol.com us to order a dress or for any other information you may require. We check our mail every few hours, so you can be assured of a quick response. 7. All orders are normally shipped within 3 to 4 weeks, but slightly longer during peak seasons. The estimated time is posted on the home page when we are running behind regular schedule. However, if you require a dress in a shorter amount of time, and assuming we can accommodate you, a $25.00 rush fee will be included. To order a rush fee go to Additional Ordering Options and add the rush fee to your shopping cart. 8. Dresses are featured and priced according to the fabric, embellishments, trim and skirt layers. Changes in the featured embellishments or substitution of crystals in place of sequins will meet with additional charges. Additional skirt layers are available for an additional charge of $15.00 per layer. 9. Postage and handling will also be added to your order. Our standard shipping method is USPS priority mail. You may also elect to have your dress overnighted at an additional charge. Please E-mail for rates. If you live outside the United States additional shipping charges will be added for all International Destinations. 10. Specialty fabrics such as velvet and holograms, etc., are available at an additional $10.00. A list of in stock fabrics can be viewed on our fabric availability page. This charge applies only to dresses that are not featured in a specialty fabric. 11. We accept all major credit cards, however, if you choose to pay by check or money order use the online order form and Please make all checks payable to Rosemary Ilardi, mail it to 146-07 61st Road, Flushing, New York, 11367. There will be a $25.00 charge for any returned checks. If a check is returned for insufficient funds, all future orders must be made by money order or credit card only. 12. We do not stock dresses. The only dresses in stock and available for immediate shipment are the dresses featured in our Ready Made sections. No dresses, under any circumstances are cut or sewn, and no beads or embellishments are placed on any dress until payment in full is received. We do not accept partial payments on any orders. If you pay by check your order will not be started until the check clears. 13. Our sizing is a bit unique. We urge you to please determine your correct size from the size chart. We do not stock dresses. We do not alter dresses or jackets after they are made. Dresses and jackets are made as they are ordered. If you are unsure of the correct size please email height, weight, chest, hips, waist, girth and sleeve length from underarm to wrist and we will assist you in determining the correct size. Although we will make every effort to provide a proper fit with some growth room we do not custom make any dresses or jackets. We will use the measurements you provide us to provide you with a comfortable fit as close to custom sized as possible. However, if your finished dress or jacket does not fit the way you envision it should fit we are not responsible. We make our dresses and jackets competition fit. We do not alter any dresses or jackets after they are made and shipped. It is impossible to alter a dress after it has been embellished. There are absolutely no refunds, returns, credits or exchanges under any circumstances. 14. Enjoy browsing the online catalog. We look forward to being of service to you in the future. Please check back often as we update and add new dresses on a regular basis. 15. To place a credit card order, select the dress, choose the required size, choose a hair accessory and then click on add to cart. If you wish to additional skirt layers or a rush fee click on additional ordering options. Here you will be able to scroll the list for the items you wish to add to you cart. You must fill out and print the order form only if you choose to pay by check or money order.
