This is a pull on halter dress with a higher back than on a
traditional halter. Turtle neck, single semi flat skirt.
Flowers on the bodice have swarovski stones in the center. The
waistline and the collar are also accented with 20 SS swarovski
crystals. Pull on competition dress. We have added a
sufficient quantity of stones to enrich the dress for competition.
Includes a matching scrunchie. Available in all shades and types of
velvet.
