This is a gorgeous competition dress that is absolutely striking on the ice and perfect for any Latin theme.  Flat black velvet bodice  with princess seams, straps, collar and panties. Front and back center panels black, flat velvet overlaid with red mesh flocked with black velvet floral design.  Double traditional red glisinette skirt. The top skirt has been airbrushed in black. The mesh and the airbrushed hemline have been embellished generously with 16ss swarovski  red siam crystals.  The skirt V and the princess seams, front and back and the back seam line are outlined in swarovski 20ss crystals.  The collar accented with alternating 16ss siam and 20ss  swarovski crystals.  Red silk rose on the left hip accented with 16ss red siam crystals.
